At Tails Pet, we strive to provide unique, high-quality products for your pets. Due to the personalized and custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Damages and Issues

We understand that issues may arise during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately at tails.msia@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll assess the situation and do our best to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions

Certain cases may be eligible for review, such as receiving the wrong item or items damaged during shipping. These cases will be handled individually, and we may require you to return the item in its original condition and packaging for evaluation. Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the issue is determined to be our responsibility.

Custom & Personalized Products

As our products are often personalized and made-to-order, they cannot be resold, making returns and refunds not possible. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase to ensure accuracy.
